The committee has been working hard with Clubzap to enable our link for paying fees. The delay is due to us setting up an installment plan as opposed to all up front fees. We have been advised the link will be up and running by the end of the week.
Fees can be paid up front (10%) discount or in 3 instalments. This means the registration fee due by end of September will now be one third of the overall fees if paying in instalments.
The committee have been inundated with messages, emails, chat and phone calls in recent weeks. We are also at our busiest time setting up the club for the new year ahead with registrations, DLBB meetings, transfers, booking hall times etc. The committee requests that any official business requiring committee input is emailed to the committee between the hours of 6 to 9 pm which can be discussed at our monthly meetings. Anything requiring immediate attention will be dealt with at the time.
